25,800 BeneficiariesThe region witnessed a snowstorm, considered the most severe in years, which led to the closure of roads to the camps due to heavy snow, demolishing the tents of the displaced, and harming thousands of families living in the camps.
In response to the humanitarian situation, International Humanitarian Relief, along with a group of organizations working on the Syrian issue, is launching the “Be Warm for Them” campaign to secure winter and urgent basic necessities for our people in the camps, especially for the most vulnerable groups. Where:
Winter clothes for more than 10,000 beneficiaries
Heating materials for more than 1,700 beneficiaries
Food supplies for more than 1,200 beneficiaries
Preparing complete tents and furnishings for 2,558 beneficiaries

12,750 BeneficiariesThe Winter 20/21 campaign is a response to the refugee families of those affected in the northern Syrian camps and the border Lebanese areas camps due to the harsh winter and its storms that befell the country.
International Humanitarian Relief helped the most vulnerable families in the camps in Afrin and Azaz in the Aleppo countryside and Arsal in Lebanon.
By distributing heating materials, winter clothes, and tent mattresses to more than 2,500 families.

9000 BeneficiariesDuring this time every year, refugees and vulnerable families, especially those living in tents, suffer from cold weather conditions and harsh winter storms. Unfortunately, year after year, due to the faltering economy, the situation gets worse. The snow storms this year caused severe damage to homes if not completely destroyed them.
The International Humanitarian Relief (IHR) launched its annual “Winter Warmth” campaign to support these families in facing the harsh winter days.
