Urgent Medical Response for Gaza
Support Live-saving surgeries in Gaza

While the sound of war has faded, the silence in Gaza’s hospitals tells a different story. The wounds are deep, and the road to recovery has just begun. Today, thousands of survivors face a new battle: the fight for medical recovery and life-saving care in a healthcare system struggling to breathe again.

The crisis is far from over. The medical situation in Gaza remains critical. Over 50% of essential medicines and surgical supplies have been completely depleted. With nearly half of the hospitals out of service, the remaining facilities are struggling to manage an overwhelming backlog of cases. Patients and injured survivors are currently on waiting lists for urgent surgeries, including children suffering from complex trauma and amputations who require immediate specialized care.

In response to this humanitarian catastrophe, the International Humanitarian Relief (IHR) is launching this Medical Emergency Campaign for Gaza, specifically designed to fund life-saving surgeries, provide critical medical supplies, and support the heroes within Gaza’s medical teams. Our teams are on the ground, visiting patients bed-by-bed, ensuring that every donation is converted into direct surgical intervention and immediate relief.

A single contribution toward a surgery or dialysis session may seem small — but it can be the difference between life and death. One procedure can bring hope back to an entire family.
Are Hospitals Still Operating?

We understand the concern — many people ask:
“How will you perform surgeries if hospitals aren’t working?”

While several hospitals have been forced to shut down, some medical centers in Gaza are still operating and receiving urgent cases. We work closely with these centers and trusted medical teams on the ground to coordinate surgeries and emergency response.

All surgeries are carried out by qualified local doctors in functioning surgical units that meet essential standards for safety and medical care.
